    Shipping Policy – Sing It Ltd

     


    When you purchase a gift voucher or experience on www.sing-it.co.uk, you will receive an instant confirmation email and a digital copy of your voucher. This allows you to book or gift the experience immediately.

     


     

    1. Dispatch and Delivery

     

    • Physical gift voucher packs are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

    • Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and posted on the next working day.

    • Please allow 1–3 working days for 1st Class delivery.

     

     


     

     

    2. Special Delivery (Next Day Service)

     

     

    • You can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at checkout if you need your voucher urgently.

    • Orders for Special Delivery must be received before 1 PM for next working day delivery.

    • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following working day.

    • Please note: “Next Day” delivery is based on Royal Mail’s service guarantee, which is outside of our direct control.

     


     

    3. Delays and Lost Mail

     

    • Sing It Ltd is not responsible for postal delays or non-delivery caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control.

    • If you have not received your voucher pack within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@sing-it.co.uk and we’ll investigate promptly.

    • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the correct address and an additional postage fee have been provided.

     


     

    4. Delivery Area

     

    • Physical voucher packs are delivered within the United Kingdom only.

    • For international customers, the digital voucher acts as proof of purchase and can be gifted or redeemed in the usual way.

     


     

    5. Peak Periods

     

    During busy times such as Christmas and public holidays, please allow extra time for delivery. We recommend placing orders early to ensure your gift arrives in good time
